Todd's extensive experience of over 35 years in the building industry, from a trade apprenticeship, and project management early on, through to senior management roles with Stevensons, DeWalt and Carters brings solid skills and knowledge to the Latitude Homes East and South Auckland team.

Todd has been working with all of the team from Latitude Homes since 2007 and liked the people, the brand and the product offering so much that he became personally involved by buying into Auckland.

Todd has partnered up with Darrin and Sue from Waikato who have been building quality Latitude Homes since 2007, forming a very experienced team.
