Latitude Homes made building our new home so easy.All the staff were courteous,friendly and very professional.Our home was delayed due to Covid but Tony and his team always kept us updated as to what was happening.I would recommend Latitude Homes to anyone who is thinking of doing a new build,great people ,great home plans, quality finishing and fixtures and great service.

After a lot of time spent researching we decided to go with Latitude Homes for our first build. Kurt and the team were wonderful in guiding us through the planning process and answering all our queries. Thanks so much Kurt, Jess and Manu for looking after us.

I have really loved my first two weeks of living in my house. I just absolutely love my kitchen and it’s so warm and quiet. I will happily recommend you to anyone else who wants to build. I’ll be looking to build with you again in the future.

Highly Recommend the Team at Latitude homes Otago Southland! We built with the team in 2021 , they have a team of highly skilled trades companies who were on time and the workman ship and communication was great! Nothing was a problem and our Rural needs for Tanks and septic were not a problem, we were able to customise our plans to suit our large family easily. All products supplied were of really high quality and the pricing very reasonable. WE ARE SO HAPPY IN OUR QUIET WARM BEAUTIFUL HOME THANK YOU!

We worked with the Otago team to build our new home and we couldn't be happier with the result. Communication during the process was extremely helpful from Jess and the team - and any questions we had were answered promptly - which made us feel part of the process. Our family decided to build with Latitude homes after looking around several different building companies. They stood out for many reasons - from the moment we walked into their show home, they have done nothing but go above and beyond. Nothing was a problem and their attention to detail was outstanding. This is not our first build but was by far our easiest and favourite. We have been in our house for a year now and are still yet to find anything that we are unhappy with or would change. We knew that building during a pandemic was going to cause some issues along the way but Latitude homes were ahead of the curve and ensured they did all they could to foresee and prevent any delays. We were able to change their plans to suit our own needs and they were more than happy to accommodate any changes we made along the way. Our project manager's eye for detail was amazing - nothing was complete until both ourselves and our project manager were absolutely happy with it. Thanks for creating our forever home Latitude!

I built my first home with Latitude Homes Otago in 2020. Kurt and his team based in Mosgiel were always responsive to all of my questions in a professional and timely manner. This was important, especially building a first home and needing relevant documents exchanged promptly. Latitude homes were realistic and honest throughout the entire building process regarding pricing and how long each process was likely to take and because of their expertise in the building industry, what they informed me was often correct. The house I built with Latitude Homes Otago was one of their plans called 'Motu'. Kurt and his team were very responsive towards any changes and variations I wanted to make in customizing the plan to suit my needs, for example instead of having three double rooms, they allowed me to change the plan to make one large master room , one double room and one single room. Other changes included making the double room wardrobe smaller and this allowed for an extra utility storage space in the lounge. A complementary color consult at Silk & Willow Mosgiel was provided by Latitude Homes Otago and this made that entire part of the process really enjoyable. I was truly astounded just how easily it all came together. Choosing the kitchen scheme was probably the most challenging stage of the build, but I never felt pressured to make a decision in a hurry or one that I didn't like. In fact quite the opposite, I upgraded the kitchen surfaces to a 'euro edge' and Latitude Homes Otago enabled this variation to go ahead without any complication. The completed house is warm, dry and low maintenance. Nothing at all was ever a problem, I felt listened to and respected by Kurt and his team all the way. Building a new home I really couldn't ask for more. Latitude Homes Otago really do live up to one of their business motto's ''Too easy'' ! The team at Latitude Homes Otago are a down to earth, honest and reliable building company with genuine integrity to see me right throughout the entire building process. I am a happy client of Latitude Homes Otago and I highly recommend them to anyone contemplating building within in the Otago region.

Latitude Homes Otago provided exceptional customer service from the very beginning, communication was always prompt and we were provided regular updates throughout the building process. This enabled an easy and streamline process, which was particularly important to us given the complexities the Covid 19 pandemic brought to the building industry, but also because we were overseas residents during this time.
