The Waiheke is a small house plan ideal for narrow sections, first home buyers or even as a beach house.
At one end of the house are 3 large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and the family bathroom, which has a separate shower and bath. The cleverly designed angled hallway creates an extra space.
The other half of the house is the open plan living area. The kitchen features a double pantry and breakfast bar with the laundry tucked behind double doors to the side.
There is plenty of room for a family-sized kitchen table in the dining area and the living area will easily accommodate the whole family and guests.
